A Great Day For New Stuff

Since our open beta a couple weeks ago, we have put the awesome in overdrive to make sure that Ping.fm maintains as your super-mega-social-network-multi-casting-super-site. We've been burning most, if not ALL of our midnight oil to crank out this last batch of features.

So, let's get started:

We have added Diigo as the latest and greatest service to our bookmarking feature that we just released recently. This addition acts just like the Delicious integration, if you are familiar with it. If not, you should check out THIS LINK!

In addition to this new service we've also added support for Multiply, YouAre and Yammer! Yes...YAMMER!. Now is the time where you rush over and get your fresh and new social networks set up. Unless, of course, you want to read about the other bad-assery we have cooked up!

And what we mean by that is; you can now update your geographical location by adding a little extra tag onto your posted messages. So, services like Brightkite that allow you to "check in" to a specific location are now updated with your location along with your messages! WOAH! If that just totally blows your mind, head on over to the posting tips page and read all about it! This is a great example of how Ping.fm will continue to further integrate into these specialty services to make your experience even more ridiculous.

Additional services that support this location feature in one way or another are Twitter and Rejaw. If you know of any other, even if we don't support them, don't forget to tell us.

We will continue to pound out more of these updates in the future. We have so much lined up on our road map, it's beginning to run off the pages. Lots and lots of good things in store for you motherpingers.
